With Touch

The magic and art of hands-on-assists for yoga āsana with Sandy King + Sas Stephenson.

Over two days glorious days together, we will explore how to give and receive clear, effective and compassionate hands-on-assists for dozens of āsanas.

We will discuss managing consent, how to adjust your approach working with different bodies, how to support yourself as a facilitator and practitioner, and what it truly means to “assist” somebody.

Each day begins with a 60 min āsana class, followed by 3 hours of practical. You will have lots of time to ask questions, get plenty of hands-on experience and leave feeling confident in the art of touch.

This fun and practical workshop is open to teachers of all lineages, as well as curious students of yoga wishing to deepen their practice.
