Founder of Folde Yoga School. With 14 years of practice and thousands of hours of training, Hayley brings a heart-centred-ness to her offerings that only comes from a deep love and reverence for the practice. Hayley teaches through the lens of Tantra: the science of energy management and hopes that you leave her classes feeling more grounded, vital and full of life than when you arrived. Her classes are slow and stable and always guided by breath.

Claire
Claire has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. Originally drawn to the practice of yoga as a way of calming her jangled nervous system while managing the fast paced restaurant Catalina in Rose Bay Sydney, it soon became clear that Claire was destined to teach. Her classes are alignment focussed and intelligently sequenced. She provides a safe space for discovery and growth, encouraging all students to trust not just in the process of yoga but in themselves and their own abilities.

Sandy
Sandy (they/them) has been teaching yoga for 16 years and is a world renowned yoga teacher trainer. As a Jivamukti Yoga teacher, Sandy is passionate about teaching integrated yoga (more than just āsana), through an inclusive lens. Sandy’s flow classes are themed around a topic from yoga philosophy, supported by an eclectic playlist, a fun and challenging sequence; accompanied by hands-on-assists and chanting with the harmonium. In their Yin Yoga classes, Sandy draws upon Taoist teachings, themed around the seasons, incorporating acupressure points and Qi Gong breath practices.

Catherine's love for yoga is tangible and she creates a warm, welcoming space which empowers others to connect to their own inner wisdom and be at home in their bodies. You can expect classes rich with metaphor, poetic themes, and creativity, all grounded in breath. A passionate student of Chinese medicine and tantric philosophy, she is endlessly inspired by the magic of yoga and feels it is her greatest delight, honour, and dharma to share this with others.

Sally has an integrated approach to health and well-being as a yoga teacher, remedial massage therapist, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. Studying various forms (Hatha, Satyananda, Iyengar, Vinyasa) since adopting a regular yoga practice at age 16, Sally brings a depth of knowledge in functional anatomy to her alignment-focused classes, taught at a slow and steady, accessible pace. Dedicated to practices that balance the nervous system, her supportive approach encourages students to connect with their body’s innate wisdom.

Inspired by the wild beauty of this island, her approach is guided by the quiet power of the seasons and as a gateway to foster a greater connection to the healing qualities of the natural world around us. Her yoga classes are tailored to the needs of each individual, offering a journey of connection to both our inner and outer landscapes through asana, pranayama, and guided meditation.

Alex’s sense of care and intuition make her classes supportive, empowering and delicious. Alex is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, having completed 500+ hours of teacher trainings in Australia and overseas. Since teaching in NSW and VIC, Alex comes to Hobart with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Alex specialises pre and postnatal yoga, vinyasa flow and yin practices. Her teachings are personal, unique and threaded with mindful cues to build focus and sense of immersive, moving meditation in practice. Alex offers modifications to ensure all levels feel nurtured, challenged and always safe. Fostering mind-body connection, her classes guide intention and empowerment, self compassion and deep relaxation.

Stef has over 400 hours of training and more than four years of teaching experience. She is passionate about her students growth, creating a space that allows them to feel that they are held safely and comfortably within their movement and breath. A space that invites one to feel deeply, not just physically, but also, energetically & emotionally. Stef’s classes are gentle, yet powerful with strong emphasis on breath, intuitive movement & correct engagement. She takes great influence from nature to guide people to flourish in their own organic ways.
