Elements of Yin Yoga Teacher Training 50 Hours

This training is approved by Yoga Alliance as 50 Hours CE

Yin Yoga is a practice of restoration and deep, internal listening — a lunar style practice for nervous system regulation, marrying the mind and body into connection & remembering our innate wholeness.

This training is designed for all lovers of Yin! Held over 5 days, this immersive training will be a deep dive into all things Yin Yoga and the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), designed to bring balance into the whole body and energy system. You will immerse deep into the alchemy of Yin Yoga, exploring both the physicality, and the energetic anatomy of this practice, receiving an embodied understanding of the deep medicine of Yin Yoga and the interconnected relationship between our human bodies and the natural world.

This training will educate you into the empowerment of your own self-healing, and will offer you the confidence to add this practice to your offerings to share with the world. As we explore deeper the functioning of both our physical and energetic body and our understanding of the cycles of nature, we can harness our practice into being something that has an incredible capacity to heal us into a state of wholeness

This training will give you the knowledge and confidence to get started on your Yin teaching journey, or to simply deepen into your own practice with an immersive, healing and educational experience.
