Held

Are touch, connection, love, and belonging important in your life?

Join us for a transformative afternoon centred around holding space, intuition, yoga, massage and Zen Thai Shaitsu.

Massage and intuitive touch has been a passion of Catherines since she was a child. Trading massages with friends and family since before she can remember affectionately referring to them as 'pampers'.

In this yoga and massage based workshop, Catherine will share her unique approach, combining her knowledge of Ka Huna Massage, Traditional Thai Massage, Zen Thai Shiatsu, Reiki, Chakra Healing, and yoga to equip you with tools and skills to pamper those in your life.

Whether you are new to the world of yoga and healing touch, or an experienced yoga teacher looking to deepen your skills this workshop offers a unique space to explore intuitive touch within a supportive and intimate setting.

Join us - it's going to be super special.
