Kavi - An Exploration of the Whispered Wisdom of Yoga.

This workshop is approved by Yoga Alliance as 20 Hours CE

If you’ve been curious about Tantric Hatha Yoga and the power of subtle practice, this workshop is for you.

There are many ways to practice yoga—none right or wrong. Yet, modern yoga often prioritises trend over tradition, diluting the mystery of Kavi, the power of energetic transference, and the whispered wisdom passed through lineages.

What’s the outcome?

When yoga is practiced purely for physical benefits, we risk missing its true gift: experiencing the totality of who we are.
Yoga is more than āsana. We know this.

Take a breath and consider this:
Yoga can bring you home to your TRUE Self.

Beyond the labels we cling to, we are pure, powerful, luminous, transcendent, and eternal.

This divine spark within us is infinite and ever-present, always guiding us. But life’s challenges—stress, heartbreak, loss—make it easy to forget. We identify with the noise of our thoughts, emotions, and circumstances, and we suffer.

In doing so, we lose sight of the peace that is always within us.

This is where Yoga comes in.

Yoga is both a process (a practice) and a state (of quietude).

As a practice, yoga must include two ingredients; abhyasa (self-effort), and vairagyam, the experience of trustful surrender (non-doing).

Through the combination of our own self effort (action) and our ability to trust in the bigger picture of life, we can re-learn to reside within our essential self free from all suffering and sorrow.

Tantric Hatha Yoga is one system of practice with a specific set of techniques that happens to be perfectly calibrated and aligned to this worldview. It gives us practical tools to apply our self-effort through and philosophies that support us in trusting in the bigger picture.

Through our self-effort, we can thin out the inner obstacles (Kleshas) that keep us stuck in our mis-identifications and personalised dramas, we can manage our prana (life-force) skilfully so we can live with purpose, and we can calm and quieten the mind so that we can not only remember the luminous spark of Divinity within us, but LIVE FROM IT.

Tantric Hatha Yoga offers a clear, practical, and mystical path to this homecoming.
Its techniques—ranging from subtle to dynamic—can transform both your life and spiritual evolution.

Lasting peace and purposeful living don’t come from mastering physical postures but from mastering the mind and entering the sacred space within the heart.

Through years of practice with different lineages and teachers, I’ve found that the practices rooted in parampara—direct transmission from teacher to student—are the ones that consistently return me to my inner peace.
